Network Partnerships

Warm introductions to the decision makers who matter, through relationships we’ve built over many years.

We’re a boutique search firm working across life sciences manufacturing and engineering & construction. Every day we talk to engineering, operations, project and commercial leaders at manufacturers, CDMOs, EPC/EPCM firms and equipment suppliers. Network Partnerships puts those relationships to work for your business development.

Built on Integrity. Driven by Results.

At the heart of good recruitment is networking.

We’ve never been transactional. Over many years that has built a network of senior people across pharma manufacturing and life sciences engineering, many of whom we count as friends, not just contacts.

“He is genuinely embedded in the industry, not just working alongside it as a recruiter. He has built a strong global network across life sciences EPC, with deep connections spanning both technical specialists and senior leadership.”

Why warm introductions work

Getting in front of the right people is the hard part

End users take calls from people they trust

Decision makers rarely respond to cold outreach. A referral from someone they know changes that.

The RFP is often too late

By the time a project reaches tender, the early conversations have usually already happened.

The biggest names are saturated

Large pharma hears from vendors every day. A door opened by the right person stands out.

Decision makers aren’t always local

A US project can be owned by a global team in Europe. Knowing who really decides matters.

Manufacturers & owner-operators

  • Pharma & biotech
  • CDMOs & CMOs
  • Biologics & advanced therapies
  • API & drug product manufacturers

Engineering, construction & suppliers

  • EPC / EPCM firms
  • General contractors
  • Engineering consultancies
  • Equipment & systems suppliers

We sit between both sides of the industry and speak to them every day. Connecting them where we see real value is the natural next step.

What you get

Low volume, high value introductions

We don’t build names on a funnel. We recommend you to our network, and set up calls with people who already trust us and want to hear what you have to offer.

Warm, never cold

Every introduction comes with our personal recommendation, so the first call starts with trust already in place.

The people who decide

Engineering leaders, process teams and project directors, who then bring in procurement.

Exclusive in your space

We won’t represent a competing partner, so when we talk about your offering, we mean it.

What to expect

1 to 2

very warm introductions per month, and often more. Real leads, not names on a list.

How it works

A simple, personal process

  1. 01

    Kick-off

We learn as much as we can about your business, offering and differentiators, and agree how we position you.

  2. 02

    Targeting

Together we agree the target companies, functions, geographies and priorities.

  3. 03

    Introductions

We talk to our network, recommend you where there’s a fit, and set up the call.

  4. 04

    Monthly review

We meet every month to review progress and refine the approach.

You get full visibility throughout: a shared tracker of outreach, conversations, introductions, meetings and pipeline, kept live by us, with targets and messaging refined as we go.

Simple terms

One monthly retainer

A six-month minimum term, with monthly progress meetings throughout. No headcount, benefits or overheads.

Hiring costs less

A reduced partner rate

While the partnership runs, our recruitment fee drops to a lower partner rate. For multiple hires, the savings typically go a long way to covering the monthly fee.

Build alongside

No cold start

While we open doors, we can help you hire your own team at the partner rate. They inherit relationships that already exist, and nurture them from day one.
