Brett Lofthouse
Managing Director
Brett is a father of three and married to Jenna. They have two miniature Dachshund dogs who rule the house. Brett enjoys long walks, grueling exercise workouts, football (soccer for my US friends), food, and good company.
Brett has almost 20 years recruitment experience and is passionate about his job and his clients. Throughout his career he’s been heavily involved in manufacturing industries globally.
Brett loves networking and has strong connections across Europe and North America.
He enjoys the challenge of strategic and complex recruitment, helping companies hire some of the most talented executives.
Jenna Lofthouse
Director
Jenna is a mother of three and married to Brett. Jenna is an animal lover and was the driving force behind getting the two miniature Dachshund dogs. She is a scone connoisseur and can often be found in traditional English Tea Rooms.
Jenna is a qualified Social Worker with 10+ years post qualified experience working with people from all walks of life. She has recruited, lead, supported, and coached large teams of individuals who work in a challenging environment.
Jenna has great organisational and people skills which have made for a smooth transition into recruitment.
Clinton Lofthouse
Recruitment Consultant
Clinton is Brett's brother and joined SCI as a recruiter in early 2024, becoming Brett and Jenna’s first employee.
With 12 years of experience in the creative industry, Clinton is an award-winning photographer and photo manipulator. He is also an accomplished entrepreneur who has started multiple businesses and traveled the world teaching Photoshop.
Clinton brought his entrepreneurial expertise to SCI, helping Brett and Jenna scale the business while learning the ins and outs of recruitment. He works closely with Brett, building longlists, head hunting the best talent, and conducting qualification and assessment calls with candidates.
Clinton’s knack for problem-solving and adaptability has earned him the title of "search ninja," as he has successfully tackled some of the most complex searches in the industry.
Jack Richardson
Recruitment Consultant
Jack joined SCI as a recruiter in 2024, becoming Brett and Jenna’s second employee.
Jack is Brett’s son and has joined the business to learn the ropes of recruitment, with the goal of one day taking the reins.
He works closely with the team, also building longlists, head hunting the best talent, and conducting qualification and assessment calls with candidates.
Jack has already proven his capabilities, successfully completing searches and building a strong network. We like to think he’s a chip off the old block!
Jake Gumbrell
Jake Gumbrell recruits across engineering and construction, with a background in placing civil and structural engineers, technicians, and CAD/BIM specialists into consultancies delivering complex projects.
Now part of SCI's Engineering and Construction practice, Jake focuses on the pharma and life sciences sector, supporting clients involved in major facility builds, site expansions, and capital projects across the UK, Europe, and the US.
He brings a sharp understanding of what clients need when it comes to technical capability and project fit, and he doesn't waste anyone's time getting there. Whether you're scaling an engineering team around a new build or looking for your next opportunity in life sciences construction, Jake is always up for a conversation.

Corey Seeger
Innovation, Operations & Marketing Manager
Corey joined the SCI team as Marketing Manager in 2025, helping to shape the company’s brand and drive its marketing efforts.
With a diverse background in marketing, brand strategy, and creative production, Corey has worked on everything from client campaigns to managing film shoots and developing social media strategies. His hands-on experience coordinating people, projects, and creative workflows gives him a unique perspective on solving complex challenges.
At SCI, Corey focuses on developing the company’s brand framework, strategising content, generating marketing leads, and ensuring SCI’s message remains clear and consistent across all channels. He brings creativity and a calm, solutions-focused approach to every search and project.
Known for his collaborative spirit and ability to stay cool under pressure, Corey has built a reputation as a reliable problem-solver and trusted teammate.
